Cristina Dugoni is a real estate investor, asset manager, entrepreneur and lawyer licensed in California and Washington. After practicing law for 11 years, Cristina started her own company, Davis Investors and Management, LLC which is a Real Estate Asset and Property Management firm in the Greater Seattle Area. She is a fourth generation Seattlelite.
She attended the University of Washington for undergraduate school and then Santa Clara University School of Law.After practicing for a number of years in San Francisco at the Gordon and Rees law firm, she moved to Seattle where she practiced at the Bullivant Houser law firm and later as assistant in-house counsel at Elf Technologies (a leading legal software collaborate platform).
Thereafter, she entered the multi-generational family business of real estate and began Davis Investors and Management, LLC a Real Estate Asset and Property Management Company. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate investing most of her life and her legal training and years of law practice has enhanced her skills, bringing new ideas and concepts to the family business.
Cristina has been a leading voice in the mobile home park industry, including extensive lobbying efforts on behalf of mobile home park owners in Olympia. Her active lobbying efforts at Senate and House Committees advocating for changes that are specific to the property rights of the mobile home park industry have made a marked difference in recent legislative years. In 2017, she even established the Eastside Real Estate Family Roundtable Group in order to exchange ideas with similar family owned companies, to discuss concepts such as: How best can you build a broad based understanding of all facets of a family real estate business? The value of setting clear strategies with and for family members, particularly when different generations have different goals? And Effective delegation of tasks when special skills are needed.
