With over 20 years of experience in mixed-use residential property management across the San Diego and Seattle submarkets, Cabriel brings a deep understanding of regional trends, property operations, and team leadership. She is highly skilled in team management, staff training, financial reporting and analysis, project management, and evaluating new acquisitions.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Cabriel has successfully guided numerous teams to improved performance metrics and property value growth. Her approach blends data-driven strategy with real-world operational insight, ensuring consistent results across varied asset types.

Outside of work, Cabriel enjoys reading, writing, and spending time in nature with family. A former member of the Future Farmers of America and a three-year debate team participant in high school, she continues to value communication, critical thinking, and community engagement.
