Dr. Robert Kapela

PRINCIPAL

Dr. Robert F. Kapela was born on August 21, 1936, in Nome, Alaska. He attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate studies and medical school, where he received his medical degree. He then completed his internship and fellowship in pathology at John Hopkins University.

In 1969, Dr. Kapela served as a medical doctor in Vietnam. Upon his return, he owned and operated pathology labs in the greater Puget Sound area for 30 years.

While Dr. Kapela was always an active real estate investor, when he retired at age 55, he focused his free time on real estate acquisition, redevelopment, and value add. He worked with his two daughters as a Principal at Davis Investors and Management, where he currently serves as a Trustee and Board member and real estate advisor emeritus.

Dr. Kapela has been involved in numerous real estate projects throughout his career, and his expertise has been instrumental in the success of many of them. He is widely recognized for his knowledge and experience in the field of real estate investment and management.
